We stayed at this hotel whilst attending Chester races.
The location itself is beautiful right on the river. The rooms were very modern and the Beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
The only thing that was disappointing is the rooms are advertised as being air-conditioned on the facilities on Agoda, and when we got there, they are not. The heat was extremely uncomfortable in the room due to the hot weather and despite a fan being provided the temperature in the rooms was unbearably hot.

We loved teh restaurant, food and location.
The room was overlookingteh carpark, so no views and teh net curtains had to stay closed. There was only one opening window. We were left a huge fan!
The room was lovely, spacious and a great bathroom. I think itis a value for money stay but i think i would look for more of a view next time

Booked the double room that was listed as also a twin room. Ended up with a twin beds. Im sure i selected double bed on the booking. Manager was going to push the beds together.
The room was ground floor on the carpark. No view of the dee.
Room was very warm an you couldn't open the curtains or window much as it was facing a busy car park.
I travelled from liverpool for a one night break. Looked forward to some much needed peace, quiet and a big double bed.
No other rooms available.
Unfortunately this stay wasnt meant to be.
As I booked through Agoda I had to contact them for the refund.
Car parks busy good luck getting a space.
If there are rooms overlooking the dee then I'd imagine they are probably great.
Personally not for me considering I just wanted a specifically quiet night away to relax.
Staff were welcoming and polite. Great view of the dee from the bar. If only the rooms were there instead of the bar!
