Ideal for Chester town centre
We got there early & we were told we couldn't book in yet, which wasn't a problem so we just put our car registration on there system so we could get the free parking for our 2 night break. We said we would be back later to get the room key
When we got back we were waiting at the reception, then I get a call from the hotel, I replied saying we were at reception waiting for our room key. We were then told they had no hot water but we could stay the night for free which we excepted as I'd had a drink and was not happy driving home. We had to rearranged are Miller and Carter meal we had booked for the next night. The next day we had our breakfast which we enjoyed, but we went home after that, we did enjoy our stay which was cut short but felt a bit disappointed that it affected our stay. These things happen but it doesn't help when you have been looking to stay for a few nights.
The staff done there best and they were very professional with what they had to deal with.
