Lovely guesthouse and restaurant

Beautiful and cozy place, run by a very nice family. The room was very clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed. It is centrally located, so the old town and beaches are only a 5-10 minute walk. Downstairs they also have a very good restaurant, and their food is amazing! Make sure to book a table though, as they seem to be very busy.

Excellent find

This place was an excellent find and only a 5 minute walk to the old town without crossing busy roads. Private parking was also given at €7 per day and it was ally required as Budva is terrible for parking. The room and its bathroom were both tiny but we knew that so it wasnt an issue. Trump card was the balcony with parial sea view and the ferris wheel. We did not dine at the inhouse restaurant but woukd have if we stayed longer cos it was packed and reviews were excellent.

The aircon was a bit noisy and even with ear pugs in I could hear it. This is the only negative about this place. A light on the balcony woud be an awesome addition.

Wonderful place, we’ll come back

We stayed just two days here but we would definitely book it again. It’s right next to the old town of budva, but still quite enough to get a good sleep. The owner is just wonderful and kind, she does not speak much English (her family does and they are always more than happy to translate and help you ot) but she is still always trying to be helpful. The place is spotless, very comfortable and the value for money is great. We wish we had stayed longer.

Great location

The location just outside the old town was excellent, and the little balcony with its view was much appreciated. We were greeted very warmly, despite arriving unexpectedly (our booking only having been made a couple if hours before). Everything was spotlessly clean.

Though there was a kitchen, as we were only staying one night we didn't have any provisions, so it would had been nice to have tea, coffee and milk provided. But it's just a small thing.

perfect for people who want to visit the Montenegro’s sightseeings.

The cleaning was done really good every day. Anything we needed was offered by the host-a really kind and welcoming person. The location is perfect, really close to the beaches and the beautiful old town. A great point of the location is the calm area , without all the tourists. It has a cute yard where you can drink your morning coffee. Nearby , you can find best ,, baklava “ and a lot of restaurants.

Value for money in a clean good place.

The apartment is in the hearth of Budva, just a few minutes away from the shops, marina, old town and beaches. Owners are very helpful, kind and nice people. Room is in good condition, everything is clean. Bathroom is a bit small but overall it is totally value for money. Since the room is in a very central location, is also away from the night's noise. Thanks a lot for the hospitality.

I am positive overall, to add value to the place; bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

The host was very kind even though her English was not great. The location is very good and quiet, away from the main road, but still really close to the beach and the center. The room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The guest house has a beautiful terrace with chairs and tables.
