Overall, I liked the hotel

It is very central. Very near to public beach and there are a lot of restaurants and markets nearby. Also there is a shopping mall across the street. You can walk 10 minutes to old town of Budva. we liked it. The staff was good. The breakfast is good

There are not much issue I did not like. Only please consider that this was an apart rather than a hotel. (just like a apartment flat) There is no cleaning everyday. However not a big problem...

Beautiful destination, a great place to stay!

Fabulous central location, close to Budva’s Old Town, beaches and marina. Markets and restaurants were all in close proximity. Water sports and boat tours were all accessible within a 5 minute walk. We arrived very late and staff provided us with bottled water which was very thoughtful and we were also permitted to check out an hour late which was extremely helpful. Rooms were very spacious &we had the additional bonus of a washing machine in the apartment.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a bit of an issue. I personally cleaned the fridge the day after our arrival.

Perfect for family stay!

Excellent location within walking distance of few minutes to the old town and the beach. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets just across the street. Very clean, large and well equipped apartment. It was perfect for the family.

The “sea view” is not a wide view. We had a building in front of our terrace and you could hardly see the sea.

Luxury and beautiful place

The location was good and the staff was very hostile. The hotel is near the seafront and you have everything available nearby. Just in front of the hotel there is a vending machine.

As we booked a room out of the season time I believe the price could be a bit cheaper.

Great location

Great location next to the beach, old town and a lots of restaurants. Room was huge and beds were comfortable. View was nothing particular and I wouldn't be paying extra for "sea view" since the other hotels next door are quite effectively blocking the view to all directions. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

Breakfast was really nothing special and most of the warm dishes were already cold when served. Coffee needs to be separately asked from the staff. Additional fee of 25 € per parking for one night is quite high and the entrance to underground parking is quite well hidden in the "back street" leading to Hotel Budva.

Beautiful Budva ❤️

The location was second to none. 2 minutes to the beach, 5 to Old town. The location was the best thing about this property. The apartment was very spacious (family of 5), it was great. We even had a washing machine so it was super handy to wash pur clothes daily. It had 2 balconies, amazing AC throughout. Most of the staff are very young, nice. I think there was a bell boy Miso, (tall), very very polite and helpful- definitely the best of the bunch! Lift was always operational, doors open - it was great. But, once again, location 🙌🏻 Oh yes, communication was great. Early check in, amazing - thank you 🙏

The place really could have been cleaner. The shower was grotty, and the few utensils in the kitchen (ie. the pot), filthy- like really filthy. I asked for a clean one, on day one, never got it. I have also asked how often does the apartment get cleaned and was advised every 3 days. We were there for 5 nights, no one came. Breakfast could also be a bit more of a variety and fresher. I could swear the cucumbers were at least a day old. Sausages the same. The tables were dark so you couldn’t see the cleanliness of them, however one morning we found the table to be really sticky. They need to be cleaned, not just wiped over. Another thing we didn’t like is, there was an older gentleman (maybe manager/owner) who was fully blasting the young staff one day. It was very unprofessional and not needed to be done at the reception area. It just gave us a really uncomfortable feeling every time when he was present, you could feel the tension between him and his staff. I gave the property a 10/10 because the location was amazing, the apartment was really spacious and the staff (except the old guy) were genuinely trying and were nice. Plus, we totally love Budva so it was a no brainer :) With a proper and a regular scrub of the place, this could, hands down be the best spot to book in Budva - please clean it up, id love to come back :)
