Fantastic location and a great host!

The location was just perfect and we cannot thank our host enough for all the help she gave us in finding the property and even meeting us.Milena was absolutely delightful. The apartment was just perfect. There are some stairs to go up but we were very kindly helped. We had a very well equipped kitchen and an excellent bathroom small but all we needed and a really comfortable cosy bed. We were given a great suggestion to have a delicious lunch and to top off our stay we were walked to the Taxi that was ordered for us by Milena and hugs goodbye highly recommended it was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house in Budva! 🌿 The owner was very kind and caring, which made us feel welcome right away. The room had everything we needed, clean and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The location is perfect — right next to the gate of the Old Town, so everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, and sights. A little tip: it’s best to buy food and drinks outside the Old Town, as the prices inside can be quite high. One of the highlights was the hospitality — she brought us croissants, which was such a lovely touch. 🥐 Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

A perfect Budva stay - Unbeatable location and value!

The most incredible location of our balkans tour! Milena was so kind and on hand whenever we needed her before during and after. Nowhere else you could be in the old town walls of Budva with 200m to the beach with a lovely suite apartment.

Almost nothing! If i was being super picky maybe the bathroom was a bit small, but it was never an issue for us.

Everything was perfect so no complaints! Parking in general in Budva is difficult, so keep that in mind when deciding to have a car in town!

Amazing location in the old town.

The location is unbeatable. Right in the old town, close to the harbor and the beach, it's awesome. And despite being super central, it's fairly quiet. We received a warm welcome from the host which was lovely. The beds were comfy.

It's a very small room. Barely any space to put bags or move around. The bathroom is even smaller (you can shower, use the toilet and brush your teeth all at the same time). Wifi/internet was super super slow. No shutters on the window so the room was super bright early morning which is not ideal to sleep. 1 night the people renting the apartment above were noisy all night.

Fantastic position in the old town… we could walk everywhere. Close to some good restaurants and coffee shops. Well equipped kitchen ( tho we only did breakfast). Comfortable bed. Good hot water. Beach towels supplied. Lovely host.

Best trip!.. always to remember

An excellent location right in the heart of the old town—truly the loveliest place to stay. Mogren Beach was just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient. One of the best Italian cuisine restaurants - Pasta Bar was located just below our accommodation, where we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious dinner. Our host, Milena, was exceptionally attentive and helpful in every way. We’re so grateful for both this wonderful place and Milena for making our stay so memorable.

Nothing. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you’re seeking peace and quiet or prefer to go to bed early, this may not be the ideal choice. The neighborhood is quite lively, with tourists passing through throughout the day and late night, and there’s a restaurant just below the property that adds to the hustle and bustle.

Excellent location in heart of old town, but quiet and calm enough to sleep and rest. Great communication with property before/during/at end of stay. Croissants and coffee in the room which was a lovely gesture, and the owner provided restaurant recommendations which were first rate. Including the pasta bar which was right next door. Basic room in a perfect dream location

Super location in the middle of the old city and immediately outside there was the coast.

The bathroom is a bit too basic for the money I spent. The room itself is super basic. It's also super low season therefore I understand that tourists are not really expected. The owner is wonderful and helped me giving me many suggestions. She speaks many languages and she s always with her big smile on her face. ♥️

Location, location, location with all the comforts of home!

We loved the location and the views of the marina. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the ambience from the fantastic little pasta restaurant below. The size of the apartment is great and had everything we needed. Milena is a wonderful host. She is friendly and helpful. We have been to Budva several times in the past and this was our favourite place to stay! We will definitely stay there again.

The noise was terrible and constant all night. The house is on the corner of the old town, about 40 metres from a beach, from where I think the party was. It was a Saturday night so hopefully not a regular thing.

The location was wonderful and the building was charming. The room overlooked a great pasta restaurant (recommended) and the front door opened to all the activities of old town Budva. Sufficient hot water.

It’s a small room. For me alone it was fine, but couples might have to do some maneuvering. The mattress was a little thin, but I still slept fine.
