Apartments Palma

We stayed at Apartments Palma for three nights, and everything was simply perfect. The location was fantastic and made it very easy to get around and enjoy the area. What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely sincere. They treated every little problem we had as if it were their own and focused on finding a solution rather than simply giving an answer. That level of care and hospitality is something you don't come across very often. I've been using Booking.com for many years and have stayed at many different properties, but honestly, I've rarely experienced this level of hospitality. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, but the wonderful people here are what truly made our stay special.

Limpieza. El balcón tenia una bola de pelos h una mancha de algo como sangre. Se veía que no se había limpiado a fondo.
