Heel sfeervol appartement met fantastisch en groen uitzicht over de heuvels rond Perugia. Gelegen aan de rand van het historisch centrum met leuke winkeltjes en restaurantjes om de hoek. Buurtsupermarkt en goed gesorteerd buurtwinkeltje op enkele minuten lopen. Anna is een bijzonder aardige en zeer behulpzame host, spreekt naast Italiaans vloeiend Engels en Duits.

Accommodation was close to perugia centre and bus station
two flight of stairs but was ok for us as we did not have any luggage, only backpack.

Sehr wohnliche Einrichtung mit freundlichen Farben und gefülltem Bücherregal, schöne Aussicht von den beiden großen Wohnzimmerfenstern ins Tal, ruhiges Schlafzimmer mit kleinem Balkon und angrenzendem Abstellraum. Alle Zimmer gut zu lüften. Sehr gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt, dennoch unproblematisches Parken in der Nachbarschaft. Individueller Zuschnitt der Wohnung in einem historischen Haus (über zwei Stockwerke reichende Innentreppe in der Wohnung, Halbstock über dem Wohnzimmer mit weiterem kleinen Schlafzimmer). Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.
Vermutlich aufgrund des diesjährigen Wassermangels in Mittelitalien funktionierte die Warmwasserversorgung nicht immer tadellos. Nur Espressomachine vorhanden.
