Omar was a superhost and friendly! Helped out and available by textmessage all the time.
The bed might need an extra matress and new sheets and towels.

We liked everything. Omar is a great host, all communications were perfect. Checking in was flawless. The room is very well arranged for travelers, sufficient space for storage, comfortable bed, sitting area for morning coffee, clean bathroom. The location is just amazing, very central, close to all historical sights, great restaurants, subway system. The place is extremely secure, double-key access to the building. WiFi is working like a charm. We had a great time.

The room is very centrally located, a short walk to the square where the Duomo is. Surrounded by shops and supermarket etc.
It was less of an apartment and more just a room with a bathroom attached. I would suggest putting a couple of plates, glasses, cutlery etc into the room so that guests can buy food and eat in (the restaurants are very expensive in Milan).
