Very well located with good communication and arrival information etc. The pleasant outside space overlooks other buildings. Good bed, linen and towels. There is a daily room cleaning/bed making service which was great. Washing machine was useful with iron etc. Good air con.
Unfortunately the description on Booking stated that there was a ‘separate bedroom’. There was not! There is no door between the living area and sofa bed and bed area. No window in the bed area. So there is no privacy for example, if two couples rented the property, using sofa bed and bed area.
Very small TV.

It’s clean central and staff is great!
We didn’t mind it but it’s a walk to the 4th floor. I wish the coffee was refilled as there was cleaning of the room

The location was very good. It was a quiet area. There were 3 very good restaurants next to the hotel. Almada 331 across the street is excellent. The owner is very attentive and fun. The food was delicious. Next door to the hotel is Grigio. Very good food and nice staff. A couple steps away is Alice in Brewland. Great for breakfast and brunch.
The room was clean and spacious.
Be aware there is no elevator and a lot of stairs. We were on the second floor so it wasn't bad. They do say there isn't an elevator.
