the room was spacious and airy, well kitted out and very comfortable. The property also had a shared lounge this is a good feature, especially if you were out with a party that were using several rooms.

Apartment was in centre of old town and very close to river edge. We were within walking distance to a lot of attractions and excellent restaurants. Prices were very reasonable for food and drink. People were very friendly and spoke English very well. Our apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. The team added us to a WhatsApp group so we were able to keep contact throughout the visit re housekeeping, check-in and check-out times and instructions, and they were on hand to offer advice and recommendations on things to do in Porto.
Our apartment faced out onto a street and at night, apart from the noise (for which we were supplied with ear plugs!!), the sheer curtains did little to keep out the street lights so the room was never quite dark which did make it difficult to get over to sleep.

The property is in a great location, everything is on your doorstep.
However, the drains in the bathroom were very pungent, the bathroom was a pod within the bedroom so the whole room stunk of drains. Opening the windows didn’t help as the bathroom was at the back of the room, there was zero airflow. The bathroom also felt a bit dingy compared to the style of the bedroom.
