The location was fantastic for a first trip to Porto because it is close walking distance to many famous sightseeing spots. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. The process of checking in was extremely easy and painless. We checked in online and then used the details provided to enter the apartment.

We were not able to close the large window in the bathroom during our stay which made it quite cold in there. There was some shouting that we heard during the night but the apartment was a lot quieter than I thought it would be considering the central location.

The Location was great, you can reach most of the places by walk. My small dog was allowed. ❤️

The door of the bathroom was getting stucked all the time, hard to open and close. Apparently not well educated people love to pee by the corner of the main entrance , that is why it was always a very strong smell of Urin. Would be Great if by the cleaning of the property a chemical is applied for the smell because is was very strong and unpleasant.

The location of the apartment in the historic quarter is great for getting around for sightseeing.

The flat (T1) had no running water in tbe bathroom sink. It had been disconnected. I reported the issue twice, but it was never fixed. The owner denied knowing there jaf been a fault before I was allocated the room. The main door area to the block smells of urine. This is a really strong odour when you enter and leave the block. Other reviewers have commented on this. My flat was advertised as having a balcony with a 'landmark' and city view. There was no real balcony and the view was of multiple air-conditioning units and overlooking the glass roof of the restaurant. I took a video and asked the owner if I had been placed in the wrong apartment. They stated I hadn't. I paid extra money for a balcony and landmark view. The description was misleading and I paid extra for nothing. The main issue though is the noise. There is constant noise from the restaurant when it is open & long after it closes. I live in a city centre so I am used to sleeping through noise with earplugs. However this was on another level. The most sleep I got was e hours one night. I'm not sure what the owners could do to resolve this.
