The convenient location and the fact that the property had a kitchen well equipped and that even had washing machine.
The noise from the street and from the other rooms can be an issue.

Cheiro intenso a esgotos, e falta de alguma limpeza, tivemos que comprar detergente para limpar a casa de banho para retirar o mau cheiro. Pedi para fazer check in um pouco mais cedo e mandaram uma mensagem a dizer onde havia cacifos…
