1- l’apprt est au rez-de-chaussée
2- la propreté
3- spacieuse pour 3 personnes

5- aussi le fait de recevoir le code d’accès et toutes les instructions nécessaires avant de voyager cela m’a rassuré plus car parfois il y a le problème de wifi à l’étranger
Le seul point négatif est le bruit à l’étage, qui rend le sommeil difficile, si le problème de bruit ne peut pas être résolu, je suggérerais éventuellement de descendre également le deuxième canapé-lit puisque il y a de l’espace au rez-de-chaussée

El apartamento/dúplex está súper bien distribuido para lo pequeño q es. Sus terrazas me encantaron, junto con la localización. Y decir que tiene dos baños con ducha que siendo cuatro fué perfecto!
Me encantó todo, de poner algo negativo no sería al apartamento sino a los otros inquilinos que llegaban sobre las doce y haciendo ruido x las escaleras como si vivieran solos.

Location excellent; cleanliness excellent; great to have key code rather than physical keys; towels, pillows, shower gel provided; bottle of wine provided (we didn't drink it in the end but it was a great touch anyway)
Some bedding for the sofa bed would have been good, such as a duvet cover for the duvet that went on the sofa bed

This is a newly renovated appartment on the ground floor. The host Carlos was very nice. The kitchen was well equipt and the refrigerater had breakfast items waiting for us. Very nice.
However, it should be noted that the apartment is really one bedroom with a sofa bed on the mezzanine above the kitchen. Two terraces, however the sunny one was overlooked by 20 or 25 other apartments. It should also be noted that the bar next door played loud thumping music from 9pm to 3am, non stop. Ok if you are interested in the bar scene, however not for us. We had one sleepless night and asked for a refund for the second night, which we got, no problem.
