Location was perfect, at one of the main walking streets of Porto. It's also in the middle of the attractions, so very easy to go anywhere by foot. We arrived by car and hosts had the perfect instructions for us (park near to unload, then driven to a cheaper parking lot to stow it there for a few days). The apartment is very practical and served our needs perfectly.
It's a relatively small apartment, which is fine because who is going to spend so much time indoors? But it is small I think some of the side tables could be removed to make more room. Otherwise is fine.

Great position , ease of checkin , comfort of apartment, aircon, ground floor no stairs
Couldn’t close the bedroom double doors, upper level dropped cigarette ash on our patio until they departed accom
