Ideal for families or small groups, this property accommodates up to 5 guests across a T0 and a T1. One apartment includes a private terrace with a jacuzzi and outdoor dining, while the other offers its own cozy patio—each providing privacy within a shared location.
The use of the jacuzzi is paid (extra cost) and it is necessary to notify us if you wish to use it in order to turn it on.
The Space:
Inside Marquesa Palace, modern design meets comfort. The T1 apartment features a full bed and sofa bed, a stylish kitchen with microwave/oven, and direct access to a charming patio. The T0 apartment includes a full bed, sleek kitchen, and a serene terrace with a jacuzzi—perfect for al fresco dining under the Porto sky. With a washing machine in one unit and all essentials in place, it’s a relaxing and versatile base.

All house space and amenities are included in this booking. Feel completely at home.
The Neighborhood:
Set in the vibrant heart of downtown Porto, Rua de Cimo de Vila places you steps from São Bento Station and the city’s historic core. Wander down cobbled alleys to discover traditional bakeries, local taverns, and iconic sites like the Sé Cathedral. The area blends cultural richness with convenience, offering an authentic Porto lifestyle just outside your door.

Importante Note: You are going to have access to 2 independent apartments on the same building. Note that are other apartments on the building.
The jacuzzi is only available from April 1st to September 30th.
- Check-in and Check-out Procedure:
To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.
- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.
- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.
- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.
