Our stay was very nice, except for the bathroom showers emitting a sewer smell. It was very unpleasant and there wasn't anything the property manager could do to help.

Location was fantastic! Close to restaurants, bakeries, food pavilion and public transportation. Group of 6 adults fit comfortably in this apartment. Only thing that could have been better would be more comfortable sitting in main living area. Loved our stay in Porto.

We have rented many properties from HomeAway and most of the time they exceed our expectations but this was an exception. The person who met us at the apartment was not the person I had many email conversations with and didn't seem to know the information that I had sent to her. Didn't explain much to us and seemed like in a hurry to leave us. There is no book in the apartment that gives any info on appliances or neighborhood restaurants. I sent an email the day we got there to say the coffee maker was broken and unsafe and no one got in touch or fixed it.
