Very convenient to stay with family and children. Very nice location at the heart of city, easy access to all main attraction points. We like the hotel a lot and if i visit Porto again, i will definitely stay here.

Check in took a long wait, as there is only one staff. We waited 20mins just to check in

Great location and apartment was spacious and well decorated. The staff was helpful upon arrival.
Major construction right outside our door was never disclosed. Jack hammering happening as early as 8am and the walkway infront of the apartment was a giant hole covered by plywood that was not secured. It was an injury hazard. The bathrooms had minimal toiletries.
