Location great to get around central Porto with plenty of restaurant and food options close by. Size of apartment great for a longer stay. Excellent bathroom facilities. Good to have an elevator to higher floors

All correspondence prior to check-in had been via email. To then find the instructions for access were sent via Booking.com was totally problematic as didn't have international roaming data on my phone. (wife's phone had the data). Only thanks to the property manager in a neighbouring property did we eventually get access. There was no information booklet in the apartment giving general information including how to operate - hobs, combination oven/microwave, heatpumps or TV. Again, made things difficult. Large freezer was essentially unusable as the drawers wouldn't open due to a build-up of ice. Needs an urgent defrost! No change of towels for a 6-day stay unless you paid an additional fee!! Better it would seem to change accommodation partway through and get the benefits. There appeared to be little or no soundproofing in the floor cavity between levels. With wooden floors in the bedroom and living area this meant hearing all foot (and luggage) movement in the apartment above. This led to delays in getting to sleep and on more than one occasion, being woken early.

Great room! There was lots of space, it was clean, great balcony with amazing views. It was on a good street with some nice independent bars and place to eat. The management were very responsive to all my questions prior to the stay and it was all clear how the check in worked.

The little chairs weren’t very comfy, maybe a small sofa would be best! A few recommendations for when you first arrive or a guest book to see what others did in the area would be good. Sadly, no where to store bags before check in time.

Great accommodation in an excellent location. Very modern and roomy. Close to bars and restaurants. Easy walk to the metro.

Didn’t have any complaints about the accommodation, but checking in wasn’t the easiest for us.

Modern and spacious. Good staff hospitality and great location.

You can hear everything, the floors had people’s hair on it, and the apartment had a smell to it like burn food.
