It suited our needs with 6 people, it was in the town centre and was well appointed.
Nothing about the property to dislike other than the lift which I was stuck in for 30 minutes on the first evening. Plus the instructions to check in were not clear. This was rectified.

This property was so spacious and very clean. They offered free espresso pods that were greatly appreciated. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The property offered videos to show you how to use the appliances.

The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. And it is in a good location for shopping, with a 20 minute walk to the river. The management company were very helpful too, with any questions we had. It was useful to have 5 shower rooms with 8 ladies staying together. It was also lovely that a bottle of Douro wine was left for us.
Not a dislike, but it would be useful if a tea towel was provided so that you could dry glasses etc if you only want to wash up a few bits rather than use the dishwasher. And it would be nice if the towels were a bit bigger, quite skimpy when you get out of the shower. Also, there’s not much storage for clothes, a few hangers in each room. We had to leave most of our clothes in our suitcases.

Size, setup for large group, staff help was excellent.
Sink made gurgling sounds even when plumbing was not in use which was concerning. Parking space didn’t really work well for a van — difficult to get in and out of garage, but staff remedied.
