Läget och att där fanns precis allt som behövdes för självhushållning.
Att det inte gick att vara på balkongen på grund av att den är liten och buller från fläktar på taken nedanför och även den ac som upptog nästan halva golvytan på balkongen.

La limpieza, olor a limpio, ubicación en una zona muy céntrica, justo en la calle de detras de Lello, cama de matrimonio muy cómoda, almohadas también, apartamento modernoy totalmente equipado, portal muy limpio. El anfitrión es muy atento.
Habia una persiana rota, el plato de ducha pierde agua y se llena todo el suelo del baño, es muy incómodo. Fuimos 4 personas y no tuvieron el sofá cama preparado, lo preparamos nosotros...aparte era bastante incómodo. De madrugada se escuchaba mucho ruido de otros apartamentos. El balcón da a una zona trasera poco vistosa en la que se están haciendo obras
