Great location. Well equipped and very clean.

I can’t imagine anything better for a 6 night stay than an attractive well located apartment with daily servicing and a washing machine. Maybe that on top of that the staff were welcoming and helpful!

Hard to fault our stay. The location was excellent and no more than a 10-15 minute walk to any of the main tourist attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was super spacious and clean. Laundry and adequate sized kitchen in apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Porto.

No lift but staff assisted carrying luggage up the stairs, was not an issue.

Location was excellent. The room wad super cute and comfortable and big!

No elevator and we were on the top floor. Cars park right in front of the building entrance and bringing in luggage through the cars is nearly impossible to do safely. Our water heater broke on the second day and although contract was called to check it out there was no solution and we had cold water for showers. When we asked to use another room to shower the answer was if it doesnt get booked. The room was booked the day of and we couldn't use it. My suggestion is they should have moved us to the free room instead of selling it to another guest. We had no hot water for 2 nights. Not fun.
