Location is great, support of staff was also good and prompt.
Late check in 16:00 and early check out. If you come to stay one day, it’s really uncomfortable. But they have a place to leave your baggage and it’s at another location.

8 minute walk from Trindade Metro station. So easy to get to and from the airport (there is a dedicated airport line).
Kitchen was good and a supermarket near the station (same building as burger king).
The location was so good. The balcony was great.
