Location
The sofa was very uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed.

Apartment was very comfortable, clean and in a good location for seeing the city. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Porto.
Not a complaint but merely a suggestion. We found it very good that the apartment had a washing machine, but there was not a drying screen to hang anything on. Got by using the chairs on the balcony. Coffee machine was also a bonus but there was no coffee pods to get us started. Would have been handy just to know what type to buy. Missing an iron to go with the supplied ironing board, but that arrived very quickly after request.

Decent location; clean has many amenities.
The lounge is in a different location so if you want to store your luggage it’s not convenient. The staff was rude and not responsive.
