All of Porto's sights are within 15 minutes walking distance. There's a supermarket 50 meters from your door. Bars and restaurants also at your doorstep. The inner decoration makes you feel at ease and the apartment is well-equipped. All of the above makes it ideal for both short and longer stays, I also recommend it to families travelling with young children.
The walls are quite thin, luckily the location is quiet. If you have very sharp ears however, consider bringing ear plugs with you (the seagulls like to visit Porto's centre in the morning ;-) ).
