The property manager, Anna, was very helpful/attentive in every way.

Location was excellent as we could walk everywhere. Appreciated the elevator and unit very clean

Could have used some basic items such as face cloths, salt and pepper, adequate dishwasher tabs, and paper towels. There were 3 forks, 3 spoons, 3 knives for eating and 2 bowls and 2 breakfast plates. The number of dinner plates, pots and pans, etc was adequate. This meant we had to handwash dishes after each meal. Dishwasher seemed pointless (and there was only one tab supplied). My contact person was Anna who seemed very eager to make our stay special. However I asked for a few things and received no response, and trying to get information about a taxi was frustrating. My sense is there is a language barrier as texting was confusing at times, and requests to speak in person with her were ignored. She always seemed eager to help.

The location was fabulous and the site’s pictures are spot on. Although this is a busy street we didn’t hear a thing from the third floor room we had with the great windows and nice high ceilings with a spectacular view. The room had a couch and other amenities that made this a place we’d rent again. Anna also made all the difference with her warm personality and care. Anna was super attentive and I was so relieved at how she handled with grace and haste a small technical issue of me breaking the toilet flushing button! For me, the rental gets bonus points for having a magnifying mirror in the bathroom! Anna was on What’s App answering questions quickly and giving recommendations - for example the great cafe/breakfast place below the property that we ate at twice. Thank you again, Anna!
