Location was great but you need to get to a steep hill a bit. Has aircon, hot and cold pressure water. No washer & no dishwasher but didn’t need it anyway. Hoped it had free water in the fridge.
The little climb on the hill was not mentioned. Price just ok for Porto.

Location was good
Entering the property was extremely difficult code given was correct but the keypad was not working properly, other residents knew of the problem, stood in 42 degree heat for 1 hour with phone calls back and forward, till another resident let us in, not really good enough, having a washing machine was great, but no iron was disappointing.
