Good location and spacious apartment
Whilst the location is good for all the central sights, services and restaurants it is also at the mercy of the homeless crisis many cities face. There are a number of homeless to the rear of the property which can be quite noisy throughout the night and some may find this intimidating.

Excellent location, spacious property
I would say the property is quite tired and would benefit from some updates. Rooms are basic and bathroom tiles loose. Sadly there is a problem with homelessness in Porto and there seems to be a good number located at the rear of the property. Whilst on the 4th floor the noise can be heard throughout the night. We stayed on two Sept nights and one of nights was bad for this and the other we barely noticed. I just felt it should be mentioned even though this is not something that can be helped.
