Comfortable bed, great location, easy check-in and access with the code, wine and cookies as a welcome gift was a lovely touch, everything was great.
The only drawback for someone could be no elevator - it didn't bother me

Great location and had all you need for a short stay. Also they kept my wallet until someone could come and collect it - thank you.
All was good. Shower gel empty but just an oversight I’m sure.

Great location, great apartment perfect for my girlfriend and I, they welcomed us with a bottle of wine that was great, I am definitely booking back in the future.

Was right near the main station with easy walking distance to all locations
Property needs better cleaning. The bed had no protector or fitted sheet. Just a flat sheet, which is gross. Also no soap in the shower and when I requested both to be fixed I had to follow up and it was done at 6pm. Shower Soap replacement I believe was dish detergent! Simple things like towel rails, shower storage etc all lacking and would make a stay more convenient
