I loved staying at this property. It was modern, very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you'd need. It looks just like in the photos or even better. It beats other accommodation within its price class on all fronts. The bedroom was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also, the location couldn't be more perfect. Close to the river and a 3 minute walk to São Bento train station.

There was no soap in the toilet, neither for hands or body.

this was a center of the city, close to all attractions and to the metro.
I've paid for the room 37m2, but what I have obtained did not have more than 25m2. The bedroom was so small, just 20 cm between the bed and the wall. Air conditioner worked badly. 3 floor without the lift was a problem as well. View from window was horrible - on really small patio without any green. I choose different room, and feel disgusted what I have obtained.
