Apartment location close to Sao Bento station and various restaurants, separate spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen.
The bathroom needs refreshing and repairing of the equipment (sink drain, toilet flush etc.)

de locatie was perfect.......
ik vond het onderhoud wat tegenvallen,allemaal kleine dingetjes die best wel geregeld kunnen worden..Het water in de keuken had alleen warm/heet water,heb het gemeld en er zou naar gekeken worden.. weet niet of dat tegen alle gasten wordt gezegd?
