The apartment has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and balcony and one with two single beds. An air conditioning unit located in the access corridor to the rooms, allows to easily refresh the spaces.
￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower and the other with shower only.
￫ Living room
The living room features modern decor, plenty of sunlight and has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table and air conditioning unit.
￫ Balconies
It also has two balconies, overlooking the São Bento station.
￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped refrigerator, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker (coffee not included).
After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the property with at least 48 hours in advance. The area where the apartment is located is surrounded by must-see tourist attractions such as the Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, Majestic Café, Universidade do Porto and the famous Bolhão Market. As there are several public transportation close by (buses, metro and trains), it is easy to reach all the sights of the city. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars around the streets, including the famous Hard Rock Cafe.
If you are traveling by plane from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, there are a few options to go to the property.
￫ Metro
It's a 30 minute journey, and the nearest metro station is São Bento, just in front of the apartment.
￫ Cars
Taxi or Uber is also a possibility, but for a faster and easier arrival, please contact us so we can arrange a Transfer Service that awaits you at the airport (subject to extra cost).
￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
