Great location. Most everything is within walking distance. Good AC. Clean facilities. The host responded quickly to messages.
Very little sound insulation. You could hear music, voices, and other sounds very easily from outside and the neighboring units. The bathroom was also a little cramped.

the noise (fire alarm and noise from the bar downstairs, though we slept pretty good, it didnt take us long to fall asleep). Anyway, everyone was nice and we had some rest ;(
