Our mission is to offer the best experience in the heart of Porto city. With two elegant suites and a fully equipped kitchen, we provide a stay that feels like home. The view over the city is amazing, providing an unforgettable experience. Located close to many of the city's main attractions, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, offering the opportunity to experience traditional Portuguese cuisine and the famous Port wine! Welcome to the heart of Porto city, where this unique accommodation is located. This space offers two elegant suites and a fully equipped kitchen. The suite rooms are spacious and comfortable, with soft bedding and modern bathrooms with spacious showers. Both rooms have a TV and fast internet access. The windows in the rooms provide a stunning view of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and serve delicious meals. The accommodation is equipped with two air-conditioners, which provide excellent ventilation and heating for the space. Additionally, the accommodation offers parking located about 100 meters away for a cost of only 5€ per day. And to ensure your comfort, there is an air conditioning heating system available throughout the house. The accommodation is situated in the heart of the historic center of Porto, offering easy access to many of the city's main tourist attractions such as the Tower of Clerics, Lello Bookstore, Ribeira Square, and Bolhão Market, all within walking distance. Additionally, there are many amazing bars and restaurants nearby, offering the opportunity to experience delicious Portuguese cuisine and famous Porto wines. Do not miss the opportunity to experience this unique accommodation in the heart of the city and enjoy everything that Porto has to offer The guests can have access to all furniture of the house and also use all equipments there available. Our neighborhood is located in a central area of Porto and please have in mind that you are a few meters of all mainly attractions of the city! In our neighborhood you will be amazed with our local History , gastronomy, shopping areas, squares , nightspots , viewpoints and churches! We wish you a warm welcome to this city and our house. Here you will feel the true spirit of this city! In the historical centre of Porto, classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, the accomodation is located approximately 250 meters from the Aliados Avenue, 350 meters from the Train and Metro São Bento Station, 480 meters from the Ribeira, 360 meters from Porto Cathedral, 350 meters from the Palace and Ferreira Borges Market. The accommodation is very closed to all public transports of the city. You are just 350 meters from the nearest metro and train station (S. Bento) and less than 100 meters from the Bus Tours and Tram Stop. Dear Guest, Fortunately, covid19 in Portugal is practically controlled, and life has returned to normal. However, as a precaution, we offer disinfectant gel during your stay. At the end of each stay, we hire a disinfection team to ensure that everything will be disinfected and ready for the next guest. We can thus affirm and guarantee a safe stay in the city of Porto, and that they can enjoy our beautiful city and region.

We loved our stay in this home. It is styled beautifully and it is very comfortable. We loved the night view of the city from the upper bedroom. The owner was super friendly and helpful. It did not bother us, but we didn’t realize until we got there that the parking and laundry were not on site, just a short walk away. Also the bedrooms don’t have doors, but are separated on the first and third floors. It worked perfectly for our stay in Porto and we would stay in there again.

Porto is a great walking city. Seen so much!
Walk out of apartment and head down and you will be pleasantly surprised with all the shops and restaurants.
Hostess was excellent in meeting and Greeting.
She was a huge help.
The only thing is watch top step upstairs- it’s a different rise in height. Otherwise awesome!!. Look forward in returning.

Our stay at the Victoria Project - House II in Porto was overall satisfactory. The house was clean, and its central location allowed for convenient exploration of the city. However, it is worth noting that the size of the house, particularly the downstairs bedroom/bathroom, felt a bit small for our liking. Additionally, the only gathering space available was the four-person kitchen table, which limited our options for communal activities.
Furthermore, the open layout of the house lacked privacy, which could be a consideration for those seeking more seclusion. That being said, despite these limitations, the house was suitable for our group of two couples during our three-day stay in Porto.

We had a great experience at this VRBO. The host was most responsive and helpful. In addition to answering any questions we had, she also arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport which made our arrival process so easy. The property is at a great location for exploring Porto; many interesting sites are within walking distance. The house itself worked well for our family of three with bedrooms up and down and room to gather in the kitchen in between.
