The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The building is located very centrally.
Our apartment was in an old historical building on the 3rd floor (up narrow stairs) without a lift. It is not easy to access the building by car (the street is very narrow + to get there one has to drive on what seems like a pedestrian zone). The parking garage was provided and was not very far, however, it is not easy to get there with luggage (the city is very hilly).

Very clean property, with full kitchen. AC was also very good. Close to Sao Bento train station. Good restaurants within a short walk. Communication with hotel staff was excellent before and during our stay.
