La struttura è in una posizione centrale, comodissima a tutti i servizi raggiungibili comodamente a piedi, il check in è stato semplice e veloce e lo staff è sempre presente per ogni richiesta da remoto. La struttura dispone dei confort necessari.
La pulizia dell’alloggio può essere migliorabile.
lLa porta di ingresso non è insonorizzata, essendo zona di passaggio durante la notte si sentono gli schiamazzi della gente che passa (portatevi i tappi se avete il sonno leggero)

Great stay in Porto. Excellent location with many shops nearby. The apartment was very quiet, spacious, and very clean, with a large bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and even included basic supplies like spices, oil, and dishwashing liquid.
The staff was very responsive and helpful. There was no central heating, but the air conditioner worked well and kept the apartment warm.
It was slightly difficult to find at first, as the Booking location didn’t match the address sent before check-in.

Muy buena ubicación, limpio y conforme a las fotos, cocina equipada con todo tipo de electrodomésticos, y vajilla. Baño muy cómo y ducha amplia.
Las almohadas eran realmente incómodas. No había ni aceite ni sal para cocinar.

The property was very clean, spacious and light. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities but there seemed to be everything you would need.
The location was good overall however any noise from outside was very clearly heard in the apartment. We stayed on New Year’s Eve and there was a street party until 5.30am making it impossible to sleep.
Our first night was cold (December), I contacted the host for extra blankets or bedding as had been cold during the night, I received a reply to say this was possible but there would be an extra charge.
I also contacted the host to say that the hot water only lasted long enough for one quick shower, which wasn’t ideal when two of us were getting ready. I was told this was just the case and would need to wait 30-60mins between showers.
The curtains needed some attention, the rail isn’t attached correctly so whenever we tried to open or close, the hooks came off the rail. They were partly hanging down on our arrival.
