Great location in a nice central area, heating, comfortable kitchen. Balcony with a beautiful view. Silent. Welcoming. Comfortable beds
Some of the door knobs are not well fixed and come out, the one in the bathroom is difficult to turn. The blinds in the bigger bedroom don't work, so in the morning all the light comes in.

Good location close to train station and centre of town. Lots of space and good facilities. Very good value for money.

Great location to visit most of Porto. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
Lovely balcony and enclosed back terrace. Good sized rooms. Great walk in wardrobe when given access. Air con in living room was great.
Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows need replacing. Fans or air con are needed in bedrooms as very hot. Had to have windows open which meant all the noise came in from the street all night. Blinds on back terrace need repaired. TV doesn't work. Warning needed about the amount of steps to the fourth floor. Door stops needed as doors bang when windows open.
