Great location as it was very central, unfortunately it was also a very noisy area.
Probably best to pack some earplugs.

Location
The cleaning was bad. The blue blanket was not clean enough, the pillow shawms were dirty and the same with the blue sofa which is dripping.

Wonderful location in the heart of Porto. Made walking around extremely enjoyable!
Didn’t like that our room had no windows but other than that it was wonderful! Only a roof hatch.

Not being able to use the washer! A great effort by the cleaning lady but it did not work due to language barrier. I had contacted the host and was told the cleaning lady would let me know. I happened to be there when the lady was there one day and she made a valliant effort to help but my lack of understanding the language prevented that. The host never contacted me to see if the issue was resolved!. In fact, I can't remember any contact other than being given a code and telling me the cleaning lady would help..
It would have been nice to have a check in to see how things were going!
