The studio is modern with new furniture and a very comfortable mattress. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking and has modern appliances. There are three tables which make the space very practical. Internet and TV worked perfectly. The location and view are excellent — less than a minute from São Bento metro and several bus stops, and very close to a supermarket (Auchan) and a pharmacy, which was really convenient.
Overall, my experience was very good. The only minor issues were that the bathroom ventilator was a bit weak and the vacuum cleaner needed a battery charger adapter (or a wired one would be fine), which made cleaning the floor using mob a bit difficult. Otherwise, everything was excellent!
