Flores Studio

A localização é excelente. Dá para fazer tudo a pé, ou se for preciso o metro e o comboio é a 5min. Levámos carro o que foi mais chato estacionar, mas encontramos um sítio na rua, deixámos lá e não mexemos no carro durante as férias. É num sítio movimentado à noite, mas as janelas isolam muito bem o som.

A casa de banho cheirava um bocadinho mal, a esgoto, assim como as toalhas. Mas resumindo a nossa estadia foi muito boa.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent, particularly if you want to explore Porto on foot or use public transport. It is very close to São Bento station and metro, making it easy to get around the city, while the old town is right on the doorstep. I found this extremely convenient. The studio itself was pleasant and comfortable, and I enjoyed my time here. Communication with the landlord was also very good, and they were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. (See continuation in the next section: What didn't you like?) Overall, though, I had a good stay and would happily recommend the accommodation for its fantastic location, pleasant studio and good communication with the landlord. I would simply suggest that light sleepers and anyone who needs a spacious shower take these points into consideration when booking.

There are, however, a couple of things that I think are worth mentioning so that future guests know what to expect. Because the accommodation is so central, it can be quite noisy in the evenings. There were often lots of people outside, with conversation, laughter and the sound of bottles, and this generally continued until around 1:00–1:30 a.m. For a light sleeper, this may be something to consider. I also found the curtains allowed quite a lot of outside light into the room at night. They are white and quite light, so the room never became completely dark, and I could still see the furniture and other objects quite clearly. I found this difficult during the first few nights, although I eventually got used to it. The shower is also genuinely very small. I had read previous comments about this before booking, but probably didn't appreciate just how small it would be! Even as a smaller person, I found there wasn't much room to move, and it was quite easy to accidentally touch the shower controls and change the temperature or turn the water off. Taller or larger guests may find this particularly challenging.

Perfekte Lage, mitten in Ribeira. Der Bahnhof Sao Bento ist direkt nebenan und auch die bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hat eine angenehme Größe für zwei Personen. Bett war komfortabel, Verkehrslärm von draußen hat man nachts kaum wahrgenommen

Das Bad und die Dusche sind sehr klein und riechen entsprechend eines Altbaus etwas modrig. Der Balkon befindet sich im Hausflur und ist Porto-Typisch sehr schmal, sodass keine Stühle darauf passen.

La dutxa és extremadament petita (impossible netejar-se els peus). A vegades feia pudor de claveguera. Les dues butaques que surten a les fotos de booking no hi eren, i en lloc seu hi havia una mena de cadira-sofà realment incòmode. A la cuina, els coberts i la brossa comparteixen el mateix espai.
