This delightful 40 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 1st floor via stairs. Guest must climb several steps to reach the building.
It is designed with open and modern living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a double couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.
The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery for making delicious meals.
The bedroom is well decorated and it includes a comfortable queen bed fitted, air conditioning, multiple storage spaces, and a small balcony.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The area is famous for its traditional stone houses, narrow alleyways, and the iconic Funicular dos Guindais, which transports visitors up and down the hill, offering a unique perspective of the city’s vibrant landscape.
Tourists visiting Guindais can enjoy the area's scenic charm while exploring its proximity to the Ribeira district and the Dom Luís I Bridge. The nearest subway station, São Bento, is just 650 meters away.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The place was very nice! You absolutely can’t beat the view and location. The street is classic Porto. Be ready for the stairs! Once you are there, it is so worth it! Great service and easy communication. Highly recommend!

The communication was great and efficient although everything seemed to be pop ups about signing on to the app. all about the business rather than personal. The apt is spacious and in a great location although you have to be fit for all those steps. The apartment smells of underlying damp issues esp in the bathroom, I kept the door and windows wide open to circulate the air. There were no hand towels although they did deliver some after 3 days in. There is a specialised coffee machine in the kitchen but no coffee pods to make the coffee. The bed was comfortable although the pillows could do with replacing as they weren't too fresh. The small wardrobe was mostly taken up with their own storage of things. Check in was as described and easy and communitcation was good. The girls who delivered the towels were really sweet and apologetic. Pleasant.
