This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

The stay, located between Porto Sao Bento and Praca da Ribeira, is in a very convenient and walkable location. Especially, walking down the alleys to the Ribeira Square was very enjoyable, allowing us to experience the nature of Porto right from the beginning. Another surprise was that it was close to many good local restaurants, including Farinha pizza restaurant and the street just behind the building block that was full of good snack bars with a very fresh Super Bock on tap and a local vibe.
Overall, I would consider coming back. One drawback was the lack of responsiveness. We wanted to use the laundry facilities as described in the property’s amenity list. But we couldn’t find one, and even after sending two messages (chat and email), there have been no response from the property manager up until now.

Our stay in Porto was unfortunately disappointing due to serious issues with the property that were never resolved.The front door lock to the building malfunctioned. Even when entering the correct code, the keypad would turn green but the door would not open — it felt like a deadbolt was stuck. We reached out to GuestReady immediately and sent a video of the issue, which they acknowledged and said would be reported to the team. Despite messaging at multiple times, nothing was fixed during our entire stay.To make matters worse, we weren’t the only ones affected — guests were banging on the door late into the night (as late as 2 a.m.) and again early in the morning (as early as 8 a.m.) trying to get in. On the day of checkout, the main door was left completely unlocked, raising serious safety and security concerns for everyone staying in the building.The host suggested we take turns going out for breakfast so someone could stay inside the unit to manually open the door from the inside. That’s not a reasonable solution for a vacation rental, especially for couples. We came to relax, not to strategize our morning routine around a broken entry system.On top of that, the photos of the listing are a bit misleading.
