We were pleasantly surprised how big the place is. Aside from the bathroom inside the bedroom, there's an additional toilet outside.
There's also a pullout sofabed though we didn't use it.
The location is PERFECT! It is only 4 minutes walk from the São Bento station. Place is closed to all the tourist spots and surrounded by a lot of restaurants.

Check-in details was supposed to be sent by check in time. But the property owner did not send it. When we tried to contact them, the contact details was for that of another property. Only managed to get the details when Agoda contacted them using another contact details that was not listed. What a scam! Don’t book! Unless you want to handle this kind of stress on a holiday!

6 mins walk from sao bento station and 3 mins walk from Living Tours Douro Valley Tours. Facilities in the service apartment is new and clean. The apartment is not easy to locate, and there is a small sticker with a number for you to contact them at the door to give a code. No receptionist and everything is self service.

Stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the 2nd Floor. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. It also has 3 bathrooms. Excellent location. It also has a big lift which is a bonus.
