Luciano presents a great place to explore Tuscany

Great vacation

Everything was as we expected it to be. The area is relatively isolated and quiet, something we wanted to have. The host was friendly and explained everything in details. Shared some tips about local places to visit. The house was big and the beds were comfortable. We found everything we needed during our 8 nights stay. The was a barbecue which we did not use unfortunately We were pleasantly surprised by a welcome bottle of wine and cake.

Exceptional

Great location. By car, the property is very close to downtown Lucca and the motorway. The house and the garden have a great, relaxed vibe to them. Comfort and cleanness are spot on. Our family (dog included) spent a wonderful week there. Thank you, Luciano!

Very good place to stay with family, clean, quite and with all comfort You expect!

Very good location. Clean, comfortable and quite place to stay with family. Just visit Luciano's website and You will find a lot of information end even local hiking maps (precise and user-friendly). Wellcome wine, coffe and bakery... Just grazie mille, Luchiano! You can easily get Lucca or Pisa by car, but spend 1 day walking at Meati hills or trip to Pisa by bike (You have them just at house) - it definitely worth it!

Enjoying Tuscany as an Italian Family

The host (Lucciano) was very kind and gave us good tips to enjoy the area, the garden is great, the location perfect (you will not feel like a tourist there). The house is old but nice and more than suitable for a family with kids. Pisa, Florence and Viareggio beach are nearby and Siena / San Giminiano still not too far but even if you prefer not leaving the place, Luca is really worth going there multiple times.

The first time arrival to the place as we got there from the east side road which is even narrower than the west one but both of them can be managed even with a 9 seater van. Perhaps Kitchen facilities, there are many things, but for example pans would need to be replaced, and having more big cups or forks would have been also good. Insect screens must not be removed, beetles are waiting for it.

This house is stunning, located in the nature and still close to the town. Beautiful garden, the owner is very nice and helpful and the house is perfectly equipped.

Casale di campagna a Lucca

Bel casale di campagna con meravigliosa vista sui dintorni di Lucca. Forse l'interno andrebbe ristrutturato, un po vecchiotto ma confortevole. Suggerisco di fornire qualche merendina per la colazione e magari qualche cialda in più. Vicinissimo al centro di Lucca, solo 15 minuti di auto.

We hadden een redelijk verblijf, Lucca is de moeite van het bezoeken zeker waard.

Buiten was het heel rustig, alles wat je maar nodig had was aanwezig. Aardige eigenaar. Alles was heel schoon.

Heel ongezellig van binnen, dat zal er wel bij horen bij dit soort villa’s. We hadden overdag continue de verlichting aan, heel weinig lichtinval. Zeer gehorig, woont aan de achterzijde ook iemand. Je hoort bijna alles. Bed matras was hard. Koffiezetapparaat werkte helaas niet en we hadden veel last van ongedierte, eigenaar gaf aan dat dit in deze tijd helaas voorkwam, dat kan hij ook niet helpen, dat begrijp ik. Douchen in het ligbad. Jammer dat je geen uitzicht hebt op best wel een mooie omgeving. Hele slechte wifi, heel vaak geen bereik.

Ein Traumplatz in einer wunderbaren Gegend

Eine traumhafte Villa in einer wunderbaren Lage. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist im alten Stil eingerichtet, alles ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Die Ausstattung der Bäder und der Küche läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig, es gibt einfach alles. Und alles ist in Ordnung und sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Villa hat einen wunderbaren Garten mit schönem Ausblick.

Szuper hely.

Nagyon szép környezetben, gondozott kerttel, csendes helyen egy többmint 200 éves ház. Szép kilátás a kertből és a házból. Luciano a tulajdonos rendkívül kedves és segítőkész mindenben. Az appartman jól felszerelt és tágas. Lucca autóval jól megközelíthető, kb 15 perc mindössze. Ajánlom mindenkinek!

Mindennel jól felszerelt, egyedül a mikrohullámú sütő hiányzott.
