If you are looking for a modern, clean and well equipped apartment then this is for you!

The location was a 5 minute walk to the city walls of Lucca. The apartment was perfect for us and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. There are lots of places close by for food and shopping without having to go as far as the city walls. There is a great noodle bar that we used one night.

There is parking but not that many spaces so would have been good to know before we arrived where exactly to park. This has not taken away from the 5 star review that I have given the propeerty.

We enjoyed and would use again as a base for visiting the city

The space was excellent, well laid out and importantly clean and comfortable Hosts was responsive and easy to communicate with. A very comfortable stay for us all (2 adults,4 children) It does not take long to walk to Lucca centre (there is a decent well supplied small grocery store at this end of city walls about 10min walk) The neighbourhood here is good anyway with an excellent cafe across the street for breakfast (croissants, cakes, rolls etc) and also gelato very very close by too which is great.

An espresso machine would be welcomed addition with some capsulesand/or tea options A fan in the bedroom that didnt get air conditioning would be useful.

Famtastic Stay in Lucca!!

Very nice and modern apartment located at just 600 mts from the city wall. Apartment has all the needs covered and we were even able to leave the car inside the property. We really enjoyed it even it was a very short stay on our way to La Spezia Tania is a great host, I definitely recommend this apartment!

Great Location easy walk to old town

Location is a 10 minute walk to the old city of Lucca , the apartment is good for a short stay , easy to find and parking a bonus

The second bedroom has very small beds and there is no air con....there is air con and the master bedroom but not the second bedroom and there is no fan in there either just as a point it was very hot in there ...perhaps the owner could put a fan for the summer months

The best accomodation on our trip

Very comfortable and large apartment with all we need. Great location, 10 minutes by foot to the historic center, 10 minutes by bys to the train station. Many bakeries for breakfast around. This was probably the best accommodation on our trip to Tuscany.

Kurztripp-Wohnung mit Parkplatz und kurzer Laufweg zur Altstadt

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock in einem Wohnhaus direkt neben der Pizzeria. Der Schlüsselsafe ist neben den Türklingeln befestigt und der Code wird am Anreisetag mitgeteilt. Der große Schlüssel ist für die Wohnungstür (Schloß unten). Die Wohnung liegt super gut, so dass man super schnell (Fußgängerunterführung) zur Altstadt - Mauer kommt. Lucca war für uns eine der erholsamsten Städte in der Toskana, eine sehr lebenswerte Stadt, die sich prima zu Fuß erkunden lässt. Das Preis-Leistungsniveau ist nicht so überzogen wie in Florenz. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. WLAN hat prima funktioniert. Pro Gast wurden Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.

Unser Gastgeber hat an den Türen in der Wohnung Zettel befestigt bzgl. der Benutzung der Klimaanlage. Die Klimaanlagen sollten für 3 Stunden pro Tag benutzt werden, was angesichts der Temperaturen (34-36°C) nicht zielführend ist. Die Wohnung hat sich so schnell aufgeheizt, dass trotz Rollo´s die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet werden musste. Klimatisiert werden konnte ohnehin nur der Wohnbereich und das große Schlafzimmer, im kleinen Schlafzimmer stand die Hitze. Der Ventilator hatte dort nicht viel gebracht. Was leider nicht so schön gewesen ist war die Ameisenstraße in der Küche. Wegen dem Biomüll unter der Spüle (alle anderen Abfälle können auf dem kleinen Balkon gesammelt werden) haben sich die Ameisen dort ein wohl gefühlt.

Prima locatie en makkelijk prive parkeren. 20 min lopen maar het centrum van Lucca. Schoon en ruim appartement. We mochten de auto op check uit dag laten staan om nog de stad in te gaan.

Bell'appartamento ben arredato, molto pulito dotato di ogni confort. Comodissimo al centro, raggiungibile con una una breve passeggiata. Parcheggio gratuito in loco. Ps: ottima, per la colazione, la pasticceria dall'altra parte della strada .

Peccato per il troppo rumore mattutino che proviene dall'attività sottostante l'appartamento.
