Well run quality boutique hotel

Perfect, relaxing and would definitely return!

The whole experience was exceptional. From the minute we arrived the staff were very welcoming and helped us out and when we left, again, the staff were fantastic. The room and facilities were beautiful and we loved every minute of our stay. We would definitely return and recommend to friends and family!

There was no instant coffee in the room… not a big issue at all but I’m not keen on strong coffee. The tea was perfect though!

A beautiful stay with warm, friendly service!

I had the pleasure of staying at Brocco on the Park recently and would highly recommend it. This was my second visit and was pleased that it still provided a high level of service - from a warm welcome at reception, to the efficiency of the restaurant staff and the professionalism of the housekeeping team, I was very well looked after. The rooms are well-appointed, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The homemade cake in the room every day was a lovely touch and the waterfall shower was wonderful. I also enjoyed the a la carte breakfast and the small plates for dinner.

Good central place neat parks and university

It was lovely that they brought oat milk and a vegan mince pie for my wife. The reception area was cosy for a drink in the evening. Bed was comfortable.

It was a bit noisy from road traffic, the fridge going on and off and gurgling pipes.

I love Brocco as it is a small and personalised hotel.

I know this is a tricky one to manage, but my room was very hot. Also, there is a strange smell in reception (probably from the kitchen).

Pleasant, well-situated hotel

Staff were excellent, couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful and we liked the area. Food (dinner and breakfast) was good - but not great.

I understand that rooms in boutique hotels are often small but the Pigeon’s loft was particularly small. The photos gave the impression of a much bigger bed. It would have been nice to have a resident’s lounge seating area to sit and relax - there would be plenty of room to do this in the bar/restaurant area. Both the accommodation and food were pricey.
