Cozy, spottless clean, warm accomodation

The rooms were amazing! Aesthetically beautiful, big, beds were super comfy and the balconies had an amazing view! Rooms were spottless clean!!! We loved that they were dog friendly hotel with plenty of space for the dogs to run and enjoy!

Beautiful and cosy place to appreciate the nature

the view to the mountains from the patio in the morning , and the starry sky on a clear night. the room is very spacious, cleaned everyday, large and comfortable beds, the fireplace works perfectly, the breakfast has plenty of homemade pies and the whole stay has a feel of going for vacation in your mountain village home. Our dog loved it also, very pet friendly.

It would be good to have a small set of kitchenware (plates, utensils etc), instead of only 2 cups and glasses.

Great hospitality!

The location of the property is beautiful. Very nice views of the mountains both at night and in the morning. The room was very clean, cosy and spacious. Although it was quite cold outside, the room was very warm. The breakfast was very good and had nice variety. Ms Eleni who runs the place is very communicative and always available in case one needs something.

Best place I visited in years

Villa Rustica was probably the best place I visited in years. Perfectly located a little outside of the village in a nice and quite place. Facilities were pretty neat. The room was very clean, following every little rule in terms of COVID-19 precautions. Room view to the mountains is absolutely magnificent. Last but most important Eleni (the hostess) who pretty much runs the place almost on her own is a fantastic person that makes you feel like home, always willing to help in everything you need and provide any information she can to make you get the most out of your trip.

Although the room had a kitchen, it wasn’t functional. Just a minor thing.

Heleni is the kindest and the most nice host

We had a great stay. Amazing view, very nice getaway. Would be even better during cold winter days. Heleni is an amazing host that owns the place and make everything by herself. Was there for us for everything.

Exceptional

Breakfast made fresh by the hostess. The attitude of the hostess. The beautiful location. The everyday cleaning. The stone bridge is really close to accommodation there is a nice river and a waterfall where you can swim and shoot some nice IG pictures.

The dogs were repeatedly barking at night which woke me up a couple of times. Be aware when you are going with friends it’s not a good place for party peeps. There is a cosy town nearby filled with locals, besides that there is not much to do.

It was wonderful, but not a place I would visit again (mainly because of its high price).

Breakfast was very nice, fresh and traditional. The location was close to the village of Konitsa and to the places we wanted to visit. The hostess was amazing :)

There was not good soundproofing of the apartment. The beds were a bit hard.

Wonderfull place and human service. We planned to travel everyday, but the villa was so warm and comfort, so we stayed a whole day at the room and enjoy it :) Thank you :)

Ότι βλέπεις στην φωτογραφία στο ίντερνετ είναι το ίδιο κ ακομα καλύτερο! Τα σπίτια είναι τεράστια, πανέμορφα και και πεντακάθαρα! Τρως το πρωινό σου σε ένα μαγικό τοπίο, μέσα στη φύση. Η Ελένη είναι φοβερή σαν οικοδεσπότης και σαν άνθρωπος και της ευχόμαστε τα καλύτερα!! Σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Πεντακάθαρο και ευρύχωρο το δωμάτιο για 4 άτομα παρέα που ήμασταν, σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία μέσα στα δέντρα και στα βουνά. Η κυρία Ελένη από την πρώτη στιγμή μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο και παρ' ότι μείναμε μόνο 2 βράδια δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε! Το πρωινό λιτό, όμως είναι ότι χρειάζεσαι. Εξαιρετικά όλα!
