location and price

it was a weird place, smelly rooms, and really old furniture. we didn’t feel comfortable at this place

Good if you plan to stay no longer than a couple of nights.

People at the front desk is very friendly. Plain “comfortable” room.

No hot water at night. Furniture old and worn out. TV set/cable use two different remote controls. No restaurant, away from pretty much everything.

Parking, relaxing garden even if you can't sit there for resting

I had not a good experience with the service because when I arrived I questioned the receptionist about the taxes and the price only to know and he reacted angrily for it. The location was farther than expected from the city center, they turned off late the garden music and many of us we want to rest. Not extra blankets for the cold weather, old and broken towels, the furniture of my room was also broken ...

Nunca me confirmaron la reservación, llame al teléfono publicado en sus redes y jamás contestaron. Sino les interesa que llegue uno pues menos les va a interesar atenderme, tiene buenas fotos pero creo desde inicio que no es buen lugar cero atención desde el teléfono para reservar, que me podría esperar estando allá y con mi familia menos.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très sympathique de Véronique et la possibilité de pouvoir garer la voiture à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. La chambre était simple mais correspondait à nos attentes. Et les enfants ont adoré le chat trop mignon.

Si volvemos si nos hospedaremos aquí sin duda

La atención muy buena, habitación cómoda con relación al precio, cuenta siempre con agua caliente al momento, a 10 minutos en auto de la zona arqueológica de Tula, en conclusión volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

La ubicación y el jardín está bien cuidado.

La habitación es muy obscura, aún con las luces encendidas, no te puedes ver al espejo del tocador porque no se ve. Tuve que usar una lámpara de mano. Las paredes pintadas de colores de exterior, el baño rojo con amarillo, sin espejo. No puedes abrir las cortinas de la ventana porque es paso de otros huéspedes. La encargada del lugar atenta y amable, fue lo rescatable.

Buen hotel sólo para pasar a dormir.

Atención al cliente excelente, muy cercano al centro de San Marcos. Bien para sólo llegar a dormir.

La televisión por cable sólo se puede ver un canal. La señal de Internet es nula, inexistente. No hay agua caliente. No hay ni una jerga para secar el baño después de bañarse. Queda todo mojado y sucio.

La tele estaba muy pequeña y no habia agua para beber en la habitación, sin embargo en recepción sí nos dieron un vaso cuando lo solicitamos.
