Beautiful stylish hotel in a very good location. Nice balcony with a view over a street (for those who like people watching), although still quiet at night. The room was perfectly clean and quite comfortable (apart from the smell of perfumes) and all the facilities were working fine (except the bathroom sink). Good quality bedding and towels changed daily, as well as good curtains to let you sleep long. The WiFi was not a speed demon, but once we figured out which network to connect to, it was stable and fast enough. All the staff we met were very nice and did their job well.
The hotel, its reception and parking are in three different places and we struggled to find the later two for the check in (they sent us proper instructions only the next day). Their price is in USD, but they make you to pay in MXN using an inflated exchange rate (costed ~4% more). The bathroom sink's drain was broken and its water was ending up on the floor. The room had a very unpleasant (for us) strong smell of perfumes (but there was nothing wrong with its natural smell). It was supposed to have Hairdryer, Kitchenware and Kitchenette but had no such things (we were missing some way to make our own coffee). Mind that all these details can be easily fixed - this is actually a very nice hotel, but for 130 USD/night and 9+ average review score we expected perfection.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. No tea and coffee facilities in room, but they happily provided a small cafetière and a mug for my mum to have her tea in the morning. Parking is only a block away and is free. Location is AMAZING! Close to everything.
Bathrooms a little dated, in need of an update and some paint for sure. The church bells are extremely loud on the weekend, going off all night and morning Saturday, but not the hotels fault.
