Good option to stay close to downtown, but could be better...

The hotel's location is awesome, just a few blocks away from downtown. Rooms were clean, as well as the facilities overall. Staff were really friendly and warm.

Rooms are small (overall space and height), I got the perception as if I booked in a two-star hotel with small spaces, so this doesn't match the paid price. I was expecting a different room type (just because of the price)

Really nice hotel for a reasonable price

Beautiful garden, the pool is climatized. Room is fine, with a little coffee machine. Also hot water in the shower. Nice staff, even gave us an upgrade. Fully recommendable!

BEST Hotel in Tequisquiapan. Period.

Facility is first class. Gorgeous grounds. Great location. Very nice pool. Food and beverage quality was beyond outstanding. Efren (bell boy) was fantastic! Jose Luis and Claudia in the restaurant were SUPERB!!! Front desk staff were very helpful, polite and professional. Simply The BEST HOTEL in Tequisquiapan. Period. Our room was excellent - and quiet. Done in the restaurant as the food is amazing. Needless to say- we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hoteles Rio in Tequisquiapan!!! You will thoroughly enjoy it too! Trust us!!!

No refrigerator or microwave in the room. A bit pricey for the room. Check internet for deals.

La ubicación, los jardines y el restaurante. El restaurante es bonito, la comida buena y el servicio excelente.

Los cuartos se ven ya algo viejos. Las ventanas dan a la entrada del estacionamiento y desde temprano llegan sus empleados en motocicletas y pasan rápido y haciendo ruido despertando a los huéspedes.

Muy cerca del centro de Tequisquiapan, instalaciones modernas, el desayuno en el restaurante del hotel "EXCELENTE", atención del personal miy buena.

No hay fuerza en la regadera del baño, no hay muebles con cajones, no cuenta con un servibar y no ofrecen una plancha
