A beautiful property with great attention by staff and wonderful facilities

The property is in a residential neighborhood just outside city center. Very quiet, very beautiful building and room (I stayed at the family room). The attention by staff was outstanding, they catered to all our needs and did so always with a smile. I will go back!

It’s across an avenue that separates the location from the city center. You have to use a car in this town anyway, and there is plenty of paid parking downtown. Not a major issue, just an observation

beautifully decorated property

the decor is very nice. great attention to details

the toiletries are very basic. the hotel room was very hot, there is no a/c or a ceiling fan. the location is a bit odd, and there is no sign of the hotel outside the building. you need a gps to let you know that you have arrived.

Photos shown during the reservation process were not the same as the room assigned at our arrival. I suppose that my reservation was for one kind of room and we received another one during my stay

Beautiful, tranquil, comfortable luxury.

From the minute you walk in and are greeted with a complimentary glass (and additional split in the room) of sparkling wine, the sounds and smells give you an immediate sense of tranquility and comfort. This hotel smells subtly like ginger! It feels like being in a spa. The room and public spaces are beautifully designed. The bathtub was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for a calm, relaxing retreat.

Just about everything about this hotel was over-the-top wonderful. The only thing that gave me a little pause was that there are cards displayed prominently on and around the bed informing us about the house rules and there were some vague references to "morality" and "decency" and I wasn't sure how to read between the lines. For example, I wasn't sure if this was meant to be homophobic, or generally sex-negative, or if it was a reference to drug use, or what. I liked that they were encouraging people to not make noise though, because I appreciated the tranquility. The only negative thing at all was this doubt I had about what they meant and whether it was meant to be discriminatory or not.

Great staff and wonderful place

It all started being received by Martha with a toast with sparkling wine! The rooms are confortable, the staff is really nice and ready to help, the optional breakfast was really good

Hermoso hotel, y habitación. Altamente recomendado

Habitaciones preciosas, todos los detalles bien cuidados, muy confortables y acogedoras con agradable olor. Hotel frente a la central de autobuses a 5 minutos caminando, personal muy amable y profesional que en todo momento nos ayudaron con tips, sugerencias y necesidades en nuestra estancia.

Un poco retirado del centro de la ciudad (20min aprox caminando) pero las zonas muy seguras e iluminadas como alternativa se puede tomar un taxi que cobra entre 50-80 pesos. Si llevas carro, afuera del lugar hay mucho lugar para estacionar.

Muy bonito. El diseño e instalaciones estan de primera Muy bien cuidados los detalles El servicio de la muchacha del front desk increible La dueña al tanto de todo y muy amable. El desayuno que nos hicieron estuvo de primera!

Nos toco un cuarto en el nivel del lobby y se esuchaban las voces en nuestro cuarto El cuarto tiene una ventana pero conviene tener las cortinas cerradas por que si no no tienes privacidad ya que da al lobby. Les falta una "cortina" de esas que se transparentan para que deje entrar na luz al cuarto.

Un hotel “provenzal” en Tequis

Preciosa decoración, limpieza impecable, camas muy cómodas y estupenda atención

La única “pega” es que queda separado del centro de Tequis por una carretera. De día se puede cruzar un puente peatonal, pero de noche es necesario cruzar con el coche. Sin embargo tampoco es un gran problema
