Great staff and rooms, cute little bar.

Great location with walking distance to downtown. Staff is always ready to help out on any situation. The bar has a solid range of drinks and snacks you can enjoy while watching a beautiful sunset.

A bit on the pricier side compared to other nearby hotels. Talking about the property, rooms might be a good value for it but everything else falls a little bit short.

Close to downtown, had food and drinks cheaper then town.

Room said it has mini fridge, no rooms have it even the master suite that we stayed in. TV had 1 channel.

I won´t come back

The only good things were the location and cleaning of the hotel.

The staff friendly but very limited, the pool was mentioned to be climatized and it wasn´t, they charge you if you want to leave the car a couple of hours after checking out.

Personal deshonesto!!

La estadía en este hotel fue placentera, todo estaba muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas!

Lo que No me gustó que el staff , muy pocos profesionales, terminamos en malos términos. Debido a un incidente en el hotel, Todo comenzó porque uno de los días que nos quedamos a mi esposa y niños nos agarró la lluvia en la calle y nos mojamos completos, llegamos tarde al hotel a eso de las 8 pm. Al siguiente día fuimos temprano a lavar a una lavandería y ya a eso de la una regresamos al hotel con la ropa lavada y los zapatos a medio secar ya que los zapatos no se pueden meter en secadora porque se pueden dañar, total que ese día llegué a recepción y le entregué la bolsa con 5 pares de zapatos para que me hicieran el favor de ponerlos a secar al sol en un lugar seguro, cabe resaltar que ese día hizo mucho sol y pues al finalizar la tarde a eso de las 6 pm me acerqué a recepción a pedirles que por favor si me podían hacer entrega de los zapatos ya que mi esposa y 3 hijos eran los únicos zapatos que llevamos , a lo que la persona de recepción me dijo ( ya le informó a la persona encargada para que te los entregue) entonces regresé a mi habitación y al pasar unos minutos veo a la persona que yo le entregue inicialmente los zapatos pasar por el jardín que da a mi cuarto ( yo dije ahh ya traen los zapatos) pero para mi sorpresa no lo hizo…a lo que me doy cuenta que llevaba la bolsa de zapatos como se la entregue y pude deducir que apenas los estaba llevando al ruff top a cercarse. Al pasar los minutos una media hora después volví a recepción y les dije que donde estaban los zapatos a lo que me responden ( ahh los zapatos aún les falta que sequen un poco pero como están en un lugar cerrado no ha problema que se vayan a mojar en caso que llueva ) a lo que esa noche llovió…..
