Colourful quaint hotel with an air conditioning issue

Lovely quiet hotel in centro

We set the air conditioner, above the wall of the bed, to 22 degrees and went out for a meal. When we returned, the condensation had dripped down and the pillows and mattress were very wet.

Tequisquipan is a lovely place. But we would find a decent hotel to stay in if we returned

The common areas of the property are really pretty. However that’s as good as it gets.

The staff are surly and unhelpful, our room was small, very tired and nothing like the nice rooms shown on their website. The pool was closed so we weren’t able to use it. Given we seemed to be the only people staying there maybe the place is down on its luck and not being invested in.

Location, service, the jacuzzi

Overpriced (as every hotel in the city), prices too high for a weekday. Maybe the huge patio in the backyard should be a garden. I understand that it was thought as a wedding venue but it’s too small for that. more greenery would be better.

A beautiful historical building with Frech influences in the decor. The most comfortable beds in that area. the restaurant is very good with fresh food and homemade cookies and pastries. very privet and comfortable atmosphere.

Lovely small hotel

Great location, very clean and attractive facilities, very friendly staff, great breakfast. Room was adequate sized, really nice bathroom.

Room was a bit warm in evenings after sunny day (heat rose to second floor) but nothing opening the window couldn’t fix. Pool was covered during the weekday. I’m sure staff would have removed cover if asked.

The location is awesome. Nice, classic facilities with friendly staff. The jacuzzi is amazing and the room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has some good and unique items. Highly recommend eating on site.

Very few guests when I arrived but the following day a few families came in. I understand that because of COVID they may limit access to certain parts of the hotel, but incoming families were put in contiguous rooms and that translated into a very noisy morning with virtually no one from the front desk asking others to keep the noise level at a minimum. We had an unintended early morning..

Excelente sazón en el restaurante, los desayunos muy ricos y bien servidos. Las camas muy ricas, la habitación calientita. Mis familiares que no tenían habitación tan calientita tuvieron calentadores disponibles, que funcionaron perfectamente. Si quieres pasear por la plaza principal, ¡la ubicación de este hotel es magnífica!

El estacionamiento apretado, pero tuvimos lugar, que era lo más importante.

El lugar está súper bonito y súper bien ubicado.

La alberca está fría y en mi cuarto siempre se escuchaba un ruido raro como de agua cayendo, y otro de como un timbre que vibraba.

lindo lugar

me encantó el jacuzzi, me hubiera gustado entrar a la alberca pero estaba muy fría el agua y el clima no ayudó, regresaré en época de más calor

que el cargo total de las noches lo hayan hecho una semana antes, creo que es poco usual que así sea, y en todo caso deje los datos de mi tarjeta, siempre podrían cargar en ella en caso de que no llegara como penalización, si me pareció un exceso.
