LO ENGAÑOSO de la publicidad que tienen registrada en booking. Pues solo te dan opción para reservar UN tipo de habitación la cual NO tiene jacuzzi y en las fotos aparece. Llegamos de noche y nos comentaron que esa era otro tipo de habitación (más cara). Además, no tienen varios servicios que ofrecen, como room service, el restaurante es SOLO para desayuno. Lo único que pedimos al cuarto fue hielo y limones, y el encargado nos pidió propina. Al llegar a nuestra habitación el primer día, no habían cambiado las aguas y había una a la mitad. Por la publicidad engañosa en booking, nos dieron “una noche de cortesía” en la habitación con jacuzzi. En esa habitación había una cucaracha en el baño y las fundas de almohada rotas, falta de kleenex y el shampoo a la mitad. La lámpara de la cabecera estaba rota y no funcionaba. En fin, el hotel está bonito. El servicio y la limpieza pésima experiencia. No volveríamos.

the location was good. the parking, though down the street, was easy. the rooms were clean and the tv and shower were working excellently. blankets and everything looked new and fresh.

The breakfast was great but was a 10 minute walk into town. coffee at the hotel was CHARGED to us. I am not sure why a complimentary coffee would have been difficult since they make it on the premises. Furthermore, there was no replenishment of water or toilet paper in two days. we were 4 people so there was only two small bottles of water when we arrived and i had to ask for more. the internet was down when i tried to check out, so we had to return. then they asked for a bank transfer. (ha!) i had wished it was obvious that they charged AT the hotel and not before. i was under the impression that at booking.com the room was charged in advance and on my credit card. overall, the staff was ok, the woman was accommodating the man was resistant and not as friendly. he seemed surprise by my extra water request upon check in. there is no spa. there is a room for massages but no actual spa on the premises. the price was OUTRAGEOUS for this. this hotel is worth about half the listed price per night.
