Mixed but the location & comfort makes it.

Location , right in centre of Versailles, seconds from Versailles Rive Gauche station and a few minutes walk from the chateau. Right above a mini supermarket. Bed very comfortable & location quieter than I expected. We weren’t disturbed by noise a light from outside despite being by a big main road right in centre. Coffee machine worked when I worked it out. Microwave worked. Plenty of hot water. Shower fine.

The steep metal staircase up to the mezzanine. I fell down the stairs on my first foray down them, I was carrying the duvet & pillows for the sofa bed on the main/ground floor and went down forwards. Also the broadband and TV never really worked while we were there. A person came on our first night to help fix the broadband & got it working but I was never able to connect to it. It kept appearing & disappearing from the list of routers to connect to & even when my daughter managed to connect to it it kept cutting in and out. The box later just switched itself off again (only one light showing) with no intervention from us & the man who had come round told us not to touch the plugs so we just left it. When the wifi wasn’t working the TV didn’t work , so TV & wifi didn’t work for 3.5days of 5 day stay.

Location is the only thing thing.

Dusty room, toilet with stain and stain on the shower room. The water leaks from the shower to the bathroom floor, my daughter slipped and fell after shower. It was unexpected, never have we stayed in such a condition with water leaking out. We later read previous reviews that mentioned the same thing. We should have read those reviews and take their advice to avoid this place. Total waste of money and ruined our first two days of vacation in France.

Stairs to flat entrance. Stairs inside flat challenging. Older ones would have difficulty getting to bed upstairs. Shower door annoying when accessing shower.

Ne pas s'attendre à être bien loti...

L'emplacement.

Très sale. Après en avoir parlé avec un contact de l'établissement par téléphone de l'état du bien, il vous propose un remboursement partiel qui n'arrive jamais. Chasse d'eau cassée, moisissure dans la salle de bain, eau croupie dans la cafetière, poussières, vasque cassé et j'en passe...ils vous proposent d'intervenir sans jamais venir. Perte de temps dans la chambre pour aucun geste commercial malgré leur demande de joindre un RIB par téléphone.

Le duplex est tres bien situè a 5 minutes a pied du chateau de Versailles et a 3 minutes a pied de la gare pour aller a Paris. la deuxieme fois qu'on viens. Et on reviendras

Ménage non fait à l’arrivée Caution de 500 € exigée ,information que je n’avais pas vue lors de la réservation Refus d’annulation alors que l’appartement n’était pas prêt à 21:00 , j’étais très fatiguée et aurais préféré annuler et prendre un hôtel Douche exiguë , odeur nauséabonde , évier cassé , murs sales Le ménage a été fait à mon arrivée , j’ai dû patienter dehors pendant que l’homme de ménage faisait au plus vite pour me permettre d’accéder . En Moins d’une demi-heure , difficile de faire des miracles ..

Die Lage in der Nähe des Chateau ist sensationell! Kleines, kompaktes Appartement mit Bett auf dem Mezzanin und einer Bettcouch. Duschbad, Küche, Ablagen und Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten entsprechen der Gesamtgröße.

Die Stahltreppe ist etwas herausfordernd, nicht geeignet für Kinder und Personen mit Unsicherheit. Leider ist das schöne Glaswaschbecken beschädigt aber dicht.

Joli duplex confortable, calme et parfaitement équipé, nous y avons passé un weekend très agréable (les photos donnent une bonne idée de l'endroit). Emplacement idéal, à 3 mn à pieds du château et pratiquement en face de la gare Rive-Gauche.
